You can start with my kiss for Today which is from To Comfort a Vampire which is one of Total-E_Bound’s Hotshots.

Zoe is nervous around vampires but takes a job at The Point for the money. She never expected to fall in love with a vampire but Alex isn’t like the rest. When one night he comes to the club in an obviously distressed state Zoe does all she can to make him feel better.

Kissing time!…

“She was my girlfriend in life,” he said as we embraced, “she stood by me through the change and she fed me. We were in love and today…” his words trailed off as emotion choked him. I stroked a hand gently up and down his back and held back on the urge to kiss his cool cheek. I’m here to comfort him I chided myself, I need to keep my damn libido in check.

“Today she left me. She said she didn’t want to be just a meal ticket any longer, that she’d had enough. I wanted to stop her, to hold her, to turn her,” as those words filtered through my mind a chill ran through my body as I realised I was hugging a very dangerous beast indeed. “I didn’t though. I couldn’t. I loved her, I would never do this to someone I loved, to anyone. No one deserves this curse.”

“You’re a good man,” I whispered.

“Vampire,” he corrected.

“Okay, vampire, but you’re still a man, Alex, being the living dead doesn’t stop that.”

“Oh, Zoe,” he sighed and tightened his grip on my waist, “you’ve always been so kind to me.” His head rolled into the cup of my neck where it joins my shoulder. His lips were air kissing my skin he was so close. I wanted to hold my breath, wanted to scream. He could bury his fangs in my flesh without a second thought but I wasn’t scared, no, strangely I wasn’t. I wanted to scream out the pent up lust inside. I was stuffed full of desire.

I felt as if really I should speak, but words just would not form between my dry lips. I continued to stroke my hand softly up and down his back then his lips were against my neck. At first I thought it was just a mistake as he moved them back again an instant later. I tried desperately to think of something to say, to break the tension but before anything came to mind his lips fell to my neck again and this time they stayed there.

A first kiss is normally on the lips but his first kiss slipped up and over the delicate skin of my neck. I am sure he could feel the frantic beat of my heart echoed in my fast—flowing blood and I wondered if he would bite but instead his lips trailed up to and across my chin and to my waiting lips. If I’d have had time to think I’d have stopped him there and then. That would have been the sensible thing to do but no, I did not think, I kissed. And the kiss blossomed.

To Comfort a Vampire is available now and the seriously good news is that it is FREE!
I want to thank Victoria for having me by today for her Friends Friday. *hugs* The name “Friends Friday” got me thinking about something that happened to me the other day and I thought it would be a fun post topic.

So, I was out to lunch the other day with a friends of mine, and for some odd reason, the topic turned to my books. We got to discussing my coming release, Love’s Crash Landing, and she asked me what had inspired me to write about aliens from outer space. I was too embarrassed at the time to tell her the truth, that I had been influenced by an episode of Ancient Aliens on the history channel. I think I threw out some lame excuse about having an active imagination, then buried my face in the Hawaiian burger in front of me and prayed the subject would be changed.

It was only after that I began to wonder why I was so ashamed of where I got my inspiration from?

I’m a nerd! Everyone who knows me will attest to that. If I’m not reading, writing or gardening during my free time, I can usually be found watching TV. I love the history channel, discovery channel, and just about any channel willing to show an interesting documentary. And as a writer, I tend to find inspiration in the most odd places. An idea can strike with a simple saying, a funny story, while reading the newspaper, and yes, even while watching TV.

I’ve now decided that the next time someone asks me where the inspiration of a story came from, I’m going to hold my head up high and freely admit it; I probably got the idea while watching one of my favorite TV shows. There is nothing to be ashamed of, and as long as a good story is the result, I really doubt anyone is going to care where (or who) my muse snags its inspiration from.

Love’s Crash Landing

Blurb:

What’s a simple farmer to do when an alien crash-lands in his cornfield? Try to keep the little guy safe from the government, all while trying not to fall in love with his guest while he’s at it. It may not be as easy as he originally thought.

Gavin Howard lives a simple life on his farm, keeping to himself and staying under the radar. That is all changed late one night when a spaceship crash-lands in his cornfield. So what is a simple farmer to do when he finds an injured alien lying in his back yard? Take it inside and care for it until it can “phone home,” of course.

But Prince Mi’Kel Ta’Rulen is not what Gavin expected. Beautiful, gentle, and on a mission to save his dying planet, Mi’Kel needs Gavin’s help for more than just his injuries. Can Gavin help Mi’Kel find the solution to save his people all while keeping the little alien safe from the Earth governments hunting him?

Gavin finds himself falling in love with the being from outer space, but can he find it in his heart to let the little alien go when Mi’Kel’s ship is finally fixed? Or will Mi’Kel’s secrets drive them apart when the alien needs his farmer the most?

Excerpt:

Gavin Howard jumped out of bed the moment he heard the sound of the crash.

He’d been sleeping soundly, exhausted after a day of planting crops in the field behind his small farmhouse, when a loud boom shook the house down to its foundation and a blinding flash of light lit up the entire room.

Jerked from a pleasant dream involving two male belly dancers and a lot of whipped cream, Gavin opened his eyes as his befuddled brain struggled to catch up. Glancing at the clock, Gavin groaned when he saw the glowing red numbers read 2:17am. Lights shone from his backyard, just visible through his bedroom bay window. The red and orange flickering moved hypnotically and beautifully. It took a long moment before he realized what he saw.

Was that–? Holy shit, my backyard is on fire!

Before he even realized he had moved, Gavin jumped out of bed and pulled on a pair of jeans over his half-hard cock, not bothering to do up the buttons completely. He grabbed his shotgun and charged down the stairs like a herd of buffalo were after him.

Before he even reached the kitchen and back door that lead outside, Gavin heard his old Blue Heeler, Bo, going wild, barking like a demon-possessed hound. The dog threw itself at the screen door again and again, blocking him from getting to the backyard and only quieting his howls to whimpering and whining when he spotted his beloved owner rushing into the room.

Gavin grabbed a flashlight from below the sink, patting Bo’s head as he went by.

“S’okay boy, I got it.” He opened the door, then turned back to push Bo back into the house when the mutt tried to slip between his legs. “Stay, Bo. Stay!” he commanded, not wanting to put his dog in danger until the backyard was safe. He shut the door, taking a deep breath to ready himself to face whatever had disturbed his sleep so violently.

Gavin turned, prepared to face the issue at hand.

And promptly dropped the flashlight he held.

“No way…” he muttered, staring in disbelief at the scene before him. He couldn’t reconcile what he saw with what his brain knew had to be possible. He looked around. Nope, no cameras or microphones anywhere to be seen. Bo still whined from inside the house. Gavin gave himself a little pinch on the leg with his one free hand and hissed at the sharp, bright pain blossoming on his leg. Well, he wasn’t dreaming, which meant what he was seeing had to be real.

The scene before him seemed impossible, unbelievable.

Gavin just stood there, stunned, gun hanging from limp hands, mouth hanging open.

What the hell is going on?

No way could there be a crashed spaceship sitting in the center of his cornfield.

Pulling together his now-tattered courage, Gavin reached down to pick up the fallen flashlight, and then carefully started to approach the smoking wreckage, gun ready to shoot at the smallest sign of movement. Times like this, he was glad his military training gave him enough experience to keep himself safe as he approached a possible danger zone. His eyes were trained on the sky, for what, he didn’t know–more ships maybe?

Because as much as he wanted to deny what he was seeing, there was no doubt about it; he was definitely looking at a large silver spaceship.

The ship didn’t seem to be much taller than his tractor but definitely appeared wider; at least twenty feet across in an almost disk shape. The smooth sides shone silver, with an iridescent sheen that probably served as camouflage while the ship flew. He’d seen a weak rendition of just that type of thing years before while he’d been on special assignment in the Marines. Although, what he saw back then didn’t even begin to compare to the stunning object before him.

The fallen ship gave off a thrumming feel, vibrating deep in his chest with a low hum, almost like when the next door neighbor played a bass guitar in his garage. Gavin could still remember those days from back when he lived on the base. He knew there was sound coming from the amplifiers, but it was too low for him to actually hear. He could feel the static energy and vibration on his skin, but no sound could be heard.

All of the sudden, Gavin realized that what he was seeing might be real. As a kid, he’d always been a comic book fan and loved the old Star Trek TV show. But never in his life could he have imagined something like this.

Hot damn! He had a real live flying saucer in his backyard.

It’s time for another piece of Flash Fiction. I do so love that I get to combine the wonderful Wednesday Briefs and Wank Wednesday prompts to get my stories. Today’s Brief was to include dance in my story and the Wank directive was the world Echo. So, without further ado, here you go. Today’s warning is not about sexual content (although there is some) it is a warning that this story is a little emotional, more so than I expected when I started it!

Dance Echo

When I dance now it is but an echo of what was. I use to be so carefree, my heart would soar with every leap, my soul expand with every leap.

But now she’s gone all I have a memories, memories that taunt me from afar like the whispered response of my own voice bouncing off walls. We were young, reckless and wild. She loved me and I loved her and no one really understood. They thought we were just very close friends, in our village the idea of two women being in love was just not one that jumped to mind.

Clara and I didn’t mind, though. We used their innocence to our advantage. I was glad that in our dance class there were more women than men and I never raced to partner one of the lads. Their movements were clumsy, their hands invasive. No, I always made sure I ended up in the arms of Clara.

“It’s a shame you weren’t born a man,” Mrs Shaw said on more than one occasion, “because you and Clara work so well together and you are the best man in the room, dear but don’t let the boys hear me say that.”
“You’re better than a man,” My Clara would whisper as we lay together in the cornfield, her finger tickling my breast, “you are softer, gentler, sexier.”

We made love in the same manner we danced. With gay abandon. I don’t think it ever once crossed our minds that what we were doing was, in the eyes of many, wrong. We just did what came naturally to us. And it was natural, we fit together so well, we knew what it took to turn each other on, we spent many an hour searching for orgasms and finding them, lots of them.

We moved in together at twenty one. My Mother passed away and Clara invited me to live with her, for company. I needed her comfort and so agreed without second thought. It was the best decision of my life. We had so much fun in our home together. Fun in every single room, I especially enjoyed the huge bath that we’d share. The added sensuality of water always made me come hard. Cara liked to have me on the dining room table. She had a dominant streak and would love to bend me over, spank me until the sound echoed through the house and my mind.

But echoes are all I have now. Echoes of dances, clothed and unclothed. Echoes of love that keep me warm at night as I cuddle under my blanket and think of her.

She had a good innings, many people told me so, in the days up to her funeral. We had grown old together, we’d promised that we would. We could have grown older but she could not fight the cancer away any longer. She tried, she really tried and I helped her but in the end, she had to give in. Her last words to me were. “I love you.” She passed in her sleep, a mercifully quiet and painless passing. For that, I’m glad.

I’m alone, now, I’ve never been alone before. I don’t like it. I have the memories of my sweetheart to keep me warm, though and I will go on living for her, because of her.

As I mentioned yesterday in my Seaside themed Sunday Snog I’m really excited about the latest venture from the Blisse Household, Smut By The Sea. What is even more exciting is that the lovely Lucy Felthouse is on board as an editor! Yaaaaay!

Whilst I’m here I want to explain that in the UK the word ‘Smut’ is seen in quite a positive light! Smut is light-hearted and sexy, like the smutty postcards you can send from all the seaside towns in England. We’re great fans of innuendo, as a general rule over here! Smutty, saucy, risque and rude are all of a similar level and meaning to me as a Brit.

I understand in other places Smut has a less sexy connotation, I do hope you can embrace the Brit translation and get in touch with your slightly silly but definitely sexy side and join in with our Smut by the Sea plans!

This is a multi-part plan but the first step is to pull together a sexy seaside anthology. So we’re looking for talented authors, published and unpublished to send us stories, read on!

The Smut By The Sea Anthology will feature stories from a variety of genres, but they must have that overall “Seaside” feel, either in location or style. If you’d like some clarification before submitting your story then please email me and ask! (email address to follow below in submission info!)

Length: 4,000 to 6,000 words

Genre: Any

Heat Level: Any

Ending: Any

Orientation: Any

Submissions Due: June 1st, 2012

We’ll also be accepting Poetry submissions of any length.

Royalties will be split 50% of the net profits with contributing authors, exact values will be given once we know how many stories will be in the final anthology.

You can submit your story/poem by emailing it as an attachment to victoria[at]victoriablisse.co.uk. (Please include Pen Name, Author Bio, Genre, Wordcount)

So, I hear you cry, what other plans are afoot? Well we’re planning some kind of smutastic event over in Scarborough, my favourite seaside resort, sometime in 2013. This is an idea at the moment that my husband and I are building up on but if you have any suggestions please tell us. We’re hoping to make it an event that appeals to authors and readers alike with readings, panels and more!

Scarborough inspires me and so I’m sharing a seaside snog with you today!

Scentsual is a femdom story written by leading erotic author Victoria Blisse and set in the seaside town of Scarborough… Kelly is dominant and has a heightened sense of smell, so many of her memories, thoughts and feelings revolve around scents. She meets Rob on a trip to Scarborough and seduces him; their lust is instant but is Rob the submissive man Kelly really needs to fall in love with?

Pucker up…

Rob turned out to be good company. We picked up two ice creams from Jaconelli’s, with a generous serving of lemon sorbet on the side, then found a bench. We watched the world go by. It was a warm, autumnal day and there were day-trippers out in force. Many of them sat on the beach in their jumpers, hats and scarves. Little kids screamed and laughed, as if it were a hot mid-summer’s day.

You could smell the cold on the breeze; the tang of frost still clung to the salt-laden air. It was refreshing and instantly calming. I felt at home in a way that I only ever experienced in Scarborough, the place of my childhood joys. “Nothing like this, is there.” Rob sighed, his tongue lapping leisurely at his cold treat.

“Nothing,” I replied. “I’ve been all over the world for work and for holidays, but I don’t feel I’ve actually had a holiday until I’ve been here, you know.”

“I know,” he nodded, “We came here as kids on holiday, and I’ve never loved another place the same since.” I shivered then. Not from the cold, in fact, but from the shock of recognition for his words.

Like a gentleman, he pulled me closer and wrapped his arm around my shoulders. I rested my head in the crook of his neck and feasted on his scent. The musk of leather and the tang of salt, citrus and cinnamon surrounded me. I breathed it in eagerly and tried to memorise its charm. It was strange how peaceful I felt as I rested there in the warmth of a strangers embrace. There was a strong under-current of lust beneath the calm of the moment, but at the time I would have happily sat in that position with him for hours more. Then I would have to ravage him and make him mine.

I listened to him crunch the last remains of his cone, then glanced up, eager to move on. As I looked up, he looked down. Like magnets being pulled together, our lips met. It was soft at first, as we both registered what was happening. His strong lips were so tender and hesitant. Before they could pull away to apologise, I pressed mine harder against them.He let me take control easily; his lips gave way eagerly to mine. They parted and I darted my probing tongue between them. His tongue met mine hesitantly, and allowed my mouth to explore and conquer his. I was giddy with lust and power. If it hadn’t have been so chill I would have happily pushed on and stripped him right there. I wanted to conquer him fully. “Mm, would you like to accompany me back to my hotel room now.” I smiled as our lips parted. “Yes, please, Mistress.” It was little more than a whisper. Once more, I took his hand and led him purposefully away from the sea.

Scentsual is seriously sexy stuff, especially if you like your females on the dominant side!

Now here’s more kinky kisses for you to enjoy. Authors simply post up a kiss on your blog then enter your details below. Feel free to use the Sunday Snog banner and point folks over here for more spicy snogs!

Hiya all! It’s time for another Bloke of Blisse and if you want to win any of the books featuring these lovely lads today is your last day to go back and read all about them and comment. I will be announcing the winners in the morning, so you have until 7am GMT to get your comments in.

Now onto Will. Will is the star of Making it Real and for part of the story you only know him via the computer. Mary is a part time writer, part time waitress and she’s just found this delicious younger man on a forum she enjos when she’s procrastinating…I mean searching for inspiration. Will is clever, he likes to indulge in debates on all the controversial subjects and even though Mary is almost his complete opposite they strike up a friendship via private messages.

I’m not going to lie to you, Will is going to frustrate you. He’s a bit, erm, damaged so he doesn’t always respond to Mary like he should. I promise you that eventually he gets it though. And when Mary and Will meet in real life there’s no way he can avoid the chemistry.

This is a full blown almost Novel from yours truly. It’s forty thousand words long and contains one of my favourite ever kissing scenes. I’m sure you’ve seen it because I pull it out all the time, look here’s a Sunday Snog about it. I love that scene though. So today I’m picking another scene from the book. This one gets a special Mention in Lynn Reynolds excellent review of Making it Real.

Victoria writes in a scene where Mary and William have a picnic on a bed. It’s a very decadent scene. What a way to have a romantic interlude. It also may enrich your love life. This is also something I love about Victoria’s work; she certainly knows how to feed her reader’s imaginations.

To read the rest of her review check out Lynn’s site.

Now, time for that picnic scene, hope you enjoy it!

“Now, for dessert I’ve got a picnic of delights. But, you can’t eat a picnic at a table, can you? Join me on the bed?”
“Certainly.” My body zinged in anticipation.

“Oh, and that beautiful dress should come off. Some of this food is a bit messy.”
“I’ll take mine off if you’re taking yours off.” I smiled seductively.
“Certainly,” he replied as he wheeled the trolley over to the side of the bed. “Let me set out the food first.”

A crisp, white tablecloth was spread on the bed as I took offmy cardigan. Onto it went an array of gorgeous fruit, includingstrawberries, raspberries, bananas and grapes. There were whole peaches, mangoes and plump, yellow pears. As I slipped off my shoes and undid my dress, rich, dark chocolate joined the feast. Some in hard tablets and other in small bowls wrapped in warm wet towels, keeping it melted. Thick cream in a little jug joined the rest, as my dress dropped to the floor.

I sat on the side of the bed very carefully, making sure not to spill the liquids.
“This looks divine.” I commented as Will shrugged off his jacket and pants.
“Doesn’t it? And I’m a big fan of finger food.”
“Me, too,” I replied, sinking my teeth into a plump strawberry.
“Hey, wait for me.” He unbuttoned his shirt and showed off more of his hard, tanned chest.
“Sorry, I couldn’t resist.” I grinned,” You should know I have little self control.”
“True.” He laughed and flung his shirt to the floor. He sat beside me. “What do you recommend?”
“The strawberries are lovely.” I picked one up by the stalk and pressed it to his lips, which parted and enveloped the rounded end.His teeth pressed into the soft flesh and deep pink juice spilt down his chin.
“Mucky pup,” I chided, then leant in and licked up the dribble
from his chin.

“Have you tried a peach?” he asked and held one up for me tobite. My teeth sunk into the pillow-like flesh and the juice sluiced down from my mouth, dribbling over my chin and on to my chest.

“Oops.” Will bent over and licked up the drip that was heading for my bra, “And you said I was messy. You better lose the bra.” The lustful twinkle in his eye was apparent as I faked reluctance with a sigh.
“I will not be paying for any ruined lingerie,” he said seriously and bit into my peach.
“Well, if you insist.” I shook my head and reached behind me.I unclipped my bra and let my breasts loose. I didn’t feel as self-conscious this time but I barely had a chance to anyway, because as my tits were freed Will grabbed and smooshed the peach all over them.
“Oh, that’s cold,” I yelped and then moaned as his lips enveloped my nipple. He tried to suck as much of my breast into his mouth at once, as he could.
“Mm, these peaches are gorgeous.” He picked up another, squeezed it in his fingers until juice began to flow then squished it against my breast. He licked, sucked and nibbled the juice and pulp left covering my breasts.

My hand came down in the centre of the cloth, and a soft, juicy fruit gave under my fingers. I gripped it, and lifted it to my lips. It was a piece of mango.
“Fancy some mango?” I asked as he came up from air. He nodded his head in assent, peach juices smeared over his lips. I placed the piece of mango between them, then took the other end between my teeth and bit down. The mango was unctuous, the juices sweet and refreshing. I continued to chew down the chunk until my lips met Will’s and we kissed in an orgiastic explosion of fruits.

“It is gorgeous,” Will panted, as the kiss faded.
    “The mango?”
“Yeah, that also.” He grinned, dipped a raspberry in the melted chocolate and pressed it to my lips. The tart raspberry, soft and giving, contrasted wonderfully with the bitter creaminess of the
dripping chocolate that Will kissed off my lips and cheek.

“I want to try some of this,” I took the bowl of chocolate and poured a dollop onto his chest, “with some of this.” I grabbed thecream jug and let a steady stream slip and meld with the chocolate on his sloping chest. I put the jug and bowl on the trolley and set to lapping up the creamy chocolaty goodness that rested on the most handsome plate I’d ever seen. I put my hand out and grabbed whatever was near. A soft, green grape was plunged into his cup-
like tummy button to scoop up the chocolate cream. I ate it as it sat there, the fresh fruit cutting through the silky cloyingness of the chocolate.

I ran a slice of pear up and down his chest and stomach. It tickled him and picked up the last traces of my indulgent dessert. We shared the pear, then Will sat up. He gripped two sides of the cloth, picked it up and lowered it and its fruity contents to the floor. He pushed me back and smeared his sticky chest all over mine.
Sticky lips glued together, our shaking hands skimmed up and down our sides. I didn’t want to think, I didn’t want to breathe.I just wanted to kiss and feel more of his flesh against mine.

For more from Will and Mary and to find out how their story ends pick up Making It Real now Making It Real!

Friends Friday. Ever since I first heard of Victoria’s Blog and her Friday visitations from her author friends, something nagged at the back of my head about that ‘Friends Friday’ title. This morning I finally figured out what it was.

Back in college, there was a group of us who spent a lot of weekends bar hopping, dancing and being one another’s ever-changing array of wing-men (or women). And when Thursday afternoon came around, that call always went up to phone “the Friday Friends” to see who was going out, who was going to try to hook up, and who was in need of a good bender to get over their last hook-up.

We were good friends, in that way fickle college kids are. Deep and Important bonds formed that didn’t always survive the demands of post-college life, love, marriage and kids. I think back over those years and those friendships, and today, I wonder where they are now. What are they doing? I hope they’re all doing well and have prosperous and happy lives. Perhaps it’s that twinge of regret over life’s changes that prompts me to always include that element or friendship in my stories.

If the meat of the books I write is about the romance and struggles between the guys trying to find their soul mates, the gravy is the friendship they cling to. Old college buddies, new work colleagues, childhood playmates; whatever form the friendships take, they do seem to pop up like a veritable swarm of Jiminy Crickets to talk sense into my love-lorn heroes. Or, you know, just to take them out and get them rip-roarin’ drunk and try to forget how the love of their lives just walked away.

My novel, Better is certainly no exception. Both my heroes have friends on their sides talking them down, getting them drunk or walloping a dose of good sense into them, as the occasion warrants. Friends, really, are our chosen family, and even if we fall out of contct with them, sometimes, I will never doubt that my friends, for good or not-so-virtuous :D helped to form the person I am today.

What about you? Do you have friends who talk you through a crisis? Party hard just when you need it? Bring you coffee in the morning and Hagen-Daz after a break up? Do tell. We’re all friends here.

Better Blurb: After filing charges that put his abusive ex-Dom behind bars, Jesse Turbul relocates across the country, hoping to escape his past—but, of course, it’s never that easy. When Jesse meets third-year law student Aadon at the library where he works, their mutual attraction is instant and obvious.

Despite the sparks, they just can’t seem to make it work. Aadon is mired in guilt over his inability to help his older brother, damaged by events far too similar to to Jesse’s past. Jesse is stuck in his own desperate wish to forget the painful shadow that continues to threaten him and any hope of a happy future.

The only way to move forward is for Jesse to acknowledge he’s broken and for Aadon to accept he can’t make him better.

Better Excerpt: Jesse watched his date for a while, waiting for the blond head to lift. Only when Mike came to the table a few minutes later did Aadon look up. He glanced at Jesse, turned to Mike and placed his order, waited until Jesse had ordered and Mike had left before quietly excusing himself from the table.

Jesse waited a long time, much longer than it would take for Aadon to use the facilities, before following him.

The heavy restroom door swung open on silent hinges, and the peculiar smell of a bathroom trying too hard not to smell like a bathroom engulfed him. Jesse drew in a silent breath and stepped inside.

Aadon leaned on the counter by the sinks, his back to the mirror.

“I’m sorry.” Jesse tried to make the apology light, tried to see into Aadon’s shrouded eyes.

Finally, Aadon looked at him. “Why?”

“I got a little defensive.” He held up his hand, finger and thumb an inch apart, sheepish smile on his face.

Aadon stifled a groan. How could he be so fiery one minute, and this…adorable the next and not know how crazy it made him? He pushed himself off the sink and closed his hand around Jesse’s fingers, closing the space and kissing the fingertips. “Maybe that’s the point. As long as you feel you have to defend yourself around me, I have to be careful.” He closed his eyes, kept his lips pressed to his warm fingers.

God this was hard. He wasn’t doing Jesse any good, wanting him this bad, knowing he couldn’t—shouldn’t—and knowing he wouldn’t be able to resist much longer. He shouldn’t still even be with him. It was too much. He just wasn’t what Jesse needed.

Jesse felt the churning sensation in the pit of his stomach even before Aadon spoke again and yanked his hand free, mouth open, ready to fill the void before Aadon could speak. Before he could say what Jesse knew he was about to say. He was too slow.

Aadon took his face in both hands, tilting it up and looking into his eyes. “As long as I have to be that careful, this can’t work.”

“But—”

“Because I don’t want to be careful, Jesse,” Aadon went on, overriding his faint protest, passing a thumb over Jesse’s lips and backing him up against a stall.

“Then don’t.” The words warbled out past Jesse’s pulse fluttering in his throat. He swallowed hard. “Don’t be careful.” Aadon’s toned body pressed his against the cold metal. The rush of fear and excitement mingled, and he knew he’d lost the ability to tell which was which. He didn’t know if he cared.

“If I’m not, I could do more damage than Anthony ever did.” Aadon’s palm caressed his cheek, his fingers slid into Jesse’s hair, and he kissed; a light strike of his lips and tongue, there and gone too quickly to capture, but expertly bringing him back down to where he could almost breathe normally.

The rush faded, and Jesse wanted it back.

He gripped the front of Aadon’s shirt, preventing him from moving away. “You’re not anything like Anthony, and I’m not who I was then.” He never would have demanded Anthony answer his desire like this. Kissing Aadon firmly, not hard or angry, just without compromise, Jesse closed his eyes, willed the other man to understand. He needed this so desperately. Needed to know he was wanted, desired. Needed to know Aadon could look on him as a man and not a shattered thing.

A soft groan welled in Aadon’s throat and spilled out into Jesse’s kiss. It was so good. So sweet, and held so much conviction. It was, finally, too much to resist. He answered it, tongue stroke for tongue stroke, slowly

wresting control of the kiss from Jesse as he pinned him between his hard body and the cold metal of the bathroom stall. His big hands cupped Jesse’s head, his body an immovable weight against him, soaking in Jesse’s heat and desire, keeping him still and contained.

Jesse couldn’t breathe, couldn’t think, and his fingers tightened to fists in Aadon’s shirt. This was exactly the kind of mindless surrender he’d always craved. Exactly what Anthony had never once given him. Because Anthonyhad never asked for it the way Aadon was doing with his firm, gentle touches and his warm hands, possessive, but not hard or hurtful. Jesse let go of that last bit of control and felt his head impact the stall wall with a soft thud. His hands relaxed, his body heated and melted to conform with Aadon’s, and he opened that last little bit to feel Aadon’s tongue sweep in and possess him.
